Welcome to KuaiAPI ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, including a unified API gateway to access a curated catalog of AI models (the "Service"), available at https://kuaiapi.net. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KuaiAPI provides a unified API gateway that lets developers access a curated set of leading AI models (GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Kimi, Grok, image generation) through a single OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible endpoint and one API key. The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access is provisioned immediately after payment is confirmed. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the limits set out in Section 7.
The Service uses third-party AI model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic and others); performance and availability may be affected by the operational status of those providers. Significant outages will be communicated in a timely manner.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service uses a prepaid credit model. Credits are consumed per model and per token (input / output / cache) and are listed on our public model pricing page (the "Model Plaza"). Each recharge is a one-time transaction that authorizes us to charge your chosen payment method the amount shown at checkout. Listed prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. We will send a reminder before credits expire. If an account is terminated, unused credits are retained for 30 days and then expire unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Consumed credits are generally not refundable, subject to these exceptions:
To request a refund, email refunds@kuaiapi.net with your account email, the transaction ID, and the reason. We will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-refundable: consumed credits (except as above); requests after 30 days; and accounts closed for breach of these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your input belongs to you. By submitting input, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service; we do not use your input to train models without your consent. AI output may be inaccurate; verify before relying on it.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated; do not use it for professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for serious breach, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. If we terminate other than for your breach, we will refund the pro-rated unused portion.
We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be notified at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. If that fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the defendant's domicile, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
