How to top up (buy a card code and redeem it)
This site sells top-up card codes through official consignment stores: buy in the store → get the card code → redeem it back on the site → the balance arrives instantly. The whole process is self-service, with automatic delivery and no waiting for manual processing.
Step 1: Go to the official store
- Log in to the console and click "Top-up" in the left menu or at the top
- The page opens the official consignment store directly (embedded in the site, so you don't have to leave)
- Only use the store page opened through the "Top-up" menu; do not buy elsewhere
Step 2: Choose and pay

The store charges in RMB, settled 1:1 against your on-site balance (pay 5 CNY = $5 credited).
- Choose the denomination you need and place the order
- Complete payment as prompted on the store page (Alipay / WeChat)
- After payment succeeds, the card code is delivered automatically; find it in the order details or delivery information (a 32-character string, e.g.

Step 3: Redeem on the site
- Return to the console and open the "Redeem" page
- Paste the card code in full (make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces)
- Click "Redeem"; once it succeeds, the balance arrives instantly (payment and credit are 1:1, all amounts on the site are in $)
- Go to the "Dashboard" to confirm the balance has increased

FAQ
Payment succeeded but you don't see the card code?
- Automatic delivery is instant — refresh the order page first
- Still not showing → contact the shop support on the shop page, or site support (support@kuaiapi.net), with your order number
The card code is reported as invalid / already used?
- Check whether you pasted it in full and whether there are any spaces before or after it
- Card codes are one-time: first check whether you already redeemed it (your dashboard balance would change)
- Still not working → keep the order number + card code and contact the shop support or site support (support@kuaiapi.net) to verify
Do card codes expire?
- Card codes have an expiration date, so redeem them as soon as possible and don't stockpile them
How is the money I top up spent?
- Once it arrives, it becomes your account balance ($); model calls are charged in real time by Token, see Usage and Costs for details

Please only buy card codes through the official shop reached via the console's "Top-up" menu. Do not transfer money to any personal account, and beware of scams.
