Redeem balance or subscription
A redemption code (also called a card code) is a top-up voucher, obtained by purchasing from the official consignment shop or issued by the site admin. This site supports redemption of three kinds of benefits: balance, subscription, and concurrency.

Redemption steps
- Log in to the dashboard and go to the "Redeem" page
- Paste the redemption code in full (a string of 32 characters, such as
a0c5e7267abc663305eb1734ff657b99; make sure there are no spaces before or after it) - Click "Redeem"
- The page will tell you whether what arrived is balance or a subscription; just confirm
How to confirm after redeeming
- Redeemed to balance → the "Balance" figure on your dashboard increases
- Redeemed to subscription → the corresponding plan and its expiration date appear on the "Subscription" page
- Redeemed to concurrency → the "Concurrency" number on your dashboard goes up
