Handle outdated client configuration, blocked pop-ups, and payments not credited
The page works but the client fails
Symptom: Chat works in the browser, but the client (Codex/Claude Code) returns an error.

| The client is still using an old Base URL | Use "Use Key" to regenerate the config and replace the old one |
| The client cached an old model list | Restart the client / clear the cache and pull the model list again |

One-click import / pop-ups blocked
- Clicking "One-click import" does nothing → the browser blocked the
ccswitch://protocol redirect; allow pop-ups and protocol redirects for this site, or switch to Chrome/Edge - The authorization login redirect was blocked → allow pop-ups and try again
Payment / redemption code not credited
- Find the card code in the store order details (delivery is automatic, so refresh the page first and then look)
- After redeeming on the site, the balance is credited immediately; if it says "invalid", first check whether you pasted it in full and whether there are extra spaces before or after
- Paid but no redemption code / redemption code invalid → keep the order number + payment screenshot and contact the store support or site support (support@kuaiapi.net)
- Do not pay for the same order twice
