Filter, view, and export usage records
Go to usage records
Console → Usage Records page.
Filter dimensions
| Filter | Purpose |
|---|---|
| By key | See the consumption of a single Key on its own, to locate "who is burning money" |
| By date range | See usage over a certain period |
| By model/group | See which model consumes the most |
| By status | See successful and failed requests separately |
Single request details
Click any record to view:
- Request time and duration
- Input/output Token count
- Actual amount charged
- Model and group
- Request status code (helpful for troubleshooting when a request fails)
Export
- Export the filtered results (CSV and other formats)
- Good for monthly reconciliation and cost analysis
Troubleshooting tips
- Look at failed records: periods with many 429/5xx errors often mean an unstable channel or an insufficient balance
- Look for unfamiliar keys: if the usage records show a key with a source IP you don't recognize, check that key immediately and consider disabling it
- Compare the balance: the total in the usage records should ≈ the decrease in your balance; if the difference is large, contact support (support@kuaiapi.net) to verify the billing
